Pastor and Evangelist Isaac Harris was born March 21, 1971 to Ms. Sheila M. Garrett and Mr. Franklin C. Harris Sr. and was ordained from his mother’s womb to preach the end time gospel message to God’s people. His mother told him when he was about the age of twelve that he was chosen by God to be a preacher.
